Will my bouquet look the same in the pictures?

We create Omakase-style flower arrangements, where every bouquet is one of a kind!

Each creation features the freshest blooms of the day, handpicked and thoughtfully arranged by our florist to suit your preferred size and color palette.

Can I request for specific flowers to be / not to be in my bouquet?

Yes, definitely!

If you have a specific flower in mind that you'd love to see in your bouquet, or if there's a flower you'd rather avoid, just let us know when you check out.

We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please keep in mind that availability can vary. Just leave a note for our florist during your order.

What is the difference between Table Bouquets Vs Hand Bouquets Vs Table Arrangements?

Hand-Wrapped Bouquets:

- Perfect for gifting or special occasions like proposals or weddings.

- Hand-tied and wrapped in decorative paper or ribbon.

- Compact and portable.

- Can be unwrapped and placed in a vase for longer enjoyment.

Table-Wrapped Bouquets:

- Designed for display on tables, often as centerpieces.

- Low and wide arrangements in floral foam.

- Easy to maintain with regular water additions.

- Best viewed from one side.

Table Arrangements:

- Elaborate and complex displays for tabletops.

- Incorporate various floral elements and decor.

- Designed for multi-directional viewing.

- Typically arranged in vases or floral foam.

How long will my flowers last?

With daily care, your flowers should last 3-5 days, even in our warm, humid weather.

To extend their life, keep them in a cool area, away from direct sunlight and drafts.

Don’t forget to remove any fading blooms or yellowing leaves, trim the stems at an angle, and change the water daily!

How do I care for my flowers?

Wrapped Bouquets: Remove packaging and place in a vase filled with clean water.

Table Bouquets: Add water to the floral foam daily.

Vase Arrangements: Rinse stems and vase thoroughly to prevent cloudy water.

General Care:
Display in a cool, draft-free area away from direct sunlight.

Remove faded blooms and yellowing leaves.

Trim stems diagonally and replace water daily.

With proper care, your arrangement will last 3-5 days.

Can you create an exact replica of this bouquet from a picture?

We love getting creative with each arrangement, so we prefer not to do exact replicas. However, we’re happy to capture the style and color you love!

Keep in mind that flowers are seasonal, so even the same type can vary in shade and tone—nature's little quirks! If you have a specific request, send us the picture at tableandbouquet@hotmail.com, and we'll do our best to bring your vision to life.

Do you offer custom flower arrangements?

Absolutely! We specialize in custom bouquets and vase arrangements. Prices start at $200, depending on the flowers you choose. Just send us your ideas or a reference photo to tableandbouquet@hotmail.com at least a week in advance, and we’ll bring your vision to life!

Can I use one of your wrapped bouquets as my bridal bouquet?

Unfortunately not, as our wrapped bouquets and bridal bouquets are crafted with different purposes in mind. Bridal bouquets are specially designed to be picture-perfect from every angle, often using more flowers and careful arrangement for a balanced, beautiful look.

If you're on a budget, check out our fuss-free bridal bouquets starting at $120. For a personalized touch, our custom bridal bouquets start from $240.

We'll work closely with you to design a bouquet that’s just right for your big day, including choosing special materials and creating a unique arrangement.

What should I do if my flowers look wilted or broken when they arrive?

We take pride in ensuring your flowers arrive fresh and vibrant. However, if they appear slightly wilted from travel, a quick refresh will do the trick! Simply cut the stems at an angle and place them in a clean vase filled with fresh water. You can also add a light mist to the petals for an extra perk.

ORDER AND PAYMENT

Can I get a pre-delivery photo of the bouquet or orders?

We understand you'd like to see your floral arrangement or gift before purchase/ delivery/ pickup. To maintain efficient order processing, we're unable to provide individual photos.

However, we guarantee each item is made with fresh, beautiful materials and arranged to match your chosen bouquet style, color palette, and desired lushness.

Why can't I select my delivery or collection for today?

We only offer next-day flower delivery.

For other gifts, please WhatsApp message us to inquire about same-day availability of delivery or self pick-up.

What if I made a mistake in my order?

Reach us through WhatsApp message or email us at tableandbouquet@hotmail.com immediately!

Quote your order number and delivery date so that we can sort it out quickly for you.

How do I know if my order is being processed?

Upon check out and payment, you will receive an automated email reply and an order number.

If you choose to pay by pay now/ paylah, please send us a screenshot as proof of payment, without which we will not be able to process your order.

What if I'd like to cancel my order?

To make a cancellation, kindly WhatsApp message us with your order number.

All cancellations / refunds are subjected to a 10% administrative fee.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be subjected to only a 50% refund as flowers are perishable items.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

How much does delivery cost?

We only offer next-day flower delivery.

Next-day delivery is at $15 per item, if the order is placed BEFORE 12pm

Re-delivery, re-direction will incur additional charges of minimum $18.

Delivery during peak periods such as selected Eves or Public Holidays, Valentine’s Day, Chinese New Year, Christmas, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, may also incur additional charges.

Can you deliver my flowers at a specific time?

We currently fulfil delivery on your selected date within a 4 hour window: 9am – 1pm or 1pm - 6pm

Should you have a special request for out-of-hours, or specific time delivery, please WhatsApp message us for quote.

Can you deliver to restricted areas?

We deliver almost everywhere in Singapore! From homes and offices to schools and hospitals.

Just a heads up, we can't deliver to military zones, airports and offshores. So, double-check your delivery address to make sure our couriers can get there.

What if my recipient is not available to receive the delivery?

If no one's home to receive the flowers, the courier will try to reach you or the recipient by phone.

If we can't get in touch, we'll leave them at the front desk or outside the door. Please note that we can't be responsible for any lost or damaged items from that point on.

If you or the recipient needs to change the delivery address or time (within 24 hours), there's a $18 fee to cover the extra effort.

Can I collect my order at your store?

We are an online home florist. Self-collection at our location is strictly by appointment only. Please place an order in advance through the website.
